Description:

Led a cross-functional engineering team to design a full-stack operational support tool for United Airlines, focused on safety compliance and load verification for aircraft ramp operations. Modeled real-world luggage-loading flows, implemented backend endpoints for checklist logic, and integrated image-based validation to automatically detect potential safety inconsistencies. Designed a modular architecture supporting event logging, compliance tracking, and multi-role workflows for ramp agents and supervisors.

Outcome

Delivered a functional MVP demonstrating improved accuracy and visibility in load-verification processes. The system was presented to airline stakeholders as a scalable foundation for operational risk reduction and workforce efficiency.
