Led the design and execution of a structured human–computer interaction study to assess navigation efficiency and product-discovery behavior on Wish.com. Developed task scenarios, moderated user-testing sessions, and synthesized both qualitative and quantitative observations. Analyzed interaction bottlenecks using usability heuristics, error-rate patterns, task-completion metrics, and eye-movement approximations based on participant screen recordings. Consolidated findings into a design-evaluation framework linking user behavior to interface-level friction.
OutcomeRevealed key breakdowns in search-flow hierarchy, filter logic, and navigational affordances.
Delivered redesign recommendations that reduced cognitive load and improved task efficiency.
Findings contributed to a validated UX improvement roadmap for large-scale e-commerce environments.
